Pale green with very attractive lifted cashew fruit that follows through to the palate. Fine and weighted with abundant varietal Chardonnay and a touch of oak.

Tasting Notes:

VINTAGE: A wet Spring followed by dry and mild summer made for long ripening enabling good flavour development in white varietals while retaining fresh natural acid.

VINEYARDS: The fruit was drawn from contracted grower vineyards in the Blackwood Valley and Geographe regions.

VINIFICATION: Night harvested to protect varietal flavour and cold pressed to retain fruit. Fermented in tank and partial oak maturation.
