Bright purple/red. Bright Cabernet fruit aromas with some fine oak background. Medium bodied and complex, with fine tannins and chocolate contribution from the Merlot. This wine has persistent fine tannins and savoury fruit sweetness to resolve the finish.

Tasting Notes:

VINTAGE: A wet spring followed by dry and warm summer made for early ripening and good flavour profile in red varieties. 2022 provided ideal conditions to allow red varieties to develop good tannin and colour intensity.

VINEYARDS: Our own northern Margaret River vineyards that deliver rich and vibrant varietal flavours.

VINIFICATION: Selectively harvested and fermented at moderate temperatures. Plunged daily and run off to finish ferment with oak. Matured in a seasoned French barriques for 12 months.
