Deeply coloured, with the classic unmistakable Margaret River bouquet of briar Cabernet with a rich and structured palate.

VINTAGE CONDITIONS:  A cool vintage with long and slow ripening conditions has produced elegant, perfumed supple reds.

VINEYARDS: Located in north of the Margaret River region our low yielding vineyard was planted almost 25 years ago to a lyre trellis, obligating hand picking.

VINIFICATION: Hand-picked grapes were fermented in open containers and plunged daily. On dryness the wine was run to new barrels. Racked several times, it was finally bottled after nine months in oak and laid down for further maturation until release.
