This Swan Valley Chenin has been made only from pristine cold – pressed free run juice fractions. It’s fresh in the glass with a fine creamy palate, tight bead and a fine mousse.

Tasting Notes:

VINTAGE: Our Bunkers Sparkling is a blended wine across vintages to give the best sparkling style.

VINEYARDS: The fruit was drawn from contracted grower vineyards in the Swan Valley region.

VINIFICATION: Grapes were cold pressed in the cool of night and the clear juice fermented with selected yeasts.
A small dosage was added to balance the dry wine once secondary fermentation was completed.
