The classic Margaret River blend. Pale green in colour, with aromas of tropical, guava Sauvignon Blanc and lemongrass, citrus Semillon. The palate is fresh and crisp with a fine tangy finish.

Tasting Notes:

VINTAGE: The 2025 growing season followed a wet winter and was characterized by a moderatespring and classic Margaret River summer withdry/warm days and cool night allowing steady fruit development. Fine acid preservation and brightflavours made for ideal conditions for aromaticwhite varietals production.

VINEYARDS: Our vineyards are dispersed across the Margaret River region and performed well under sometimes challenging conditions.

VINIFICATION: Harvested in early morning, crushed grapes were juice-extracted to a bright condition and cold fermented in stainless steel. Early bottled to retain varietal character.
